The A/C unit was doing some weird thing, turning itself off at night and we'd wake up sweating our balls/boobs off. The fridge wouldn't work and it needed replacement 5 minutes after we arrived. But, these are problems that could happen anywhere. Staff dealt with them quickly and efficiently. This is my go-to hotel in Vitória!
